Pelmets are the padded, fabric ‘boxes’ that go over the top of window dressings.  As well as adding an elegant finish to your drapes and blinds they also have the added benefit of stopping the light from coming in at the top of a window.

Pelmets come in a range of different shapes  and sizes from modern sleek lines through to softer waves and turrets.  The use of contrast piping and bands or fringes provide added interest.

Pelmets are great in bedrooms and home theatres where a full block out is often required to help darken the room.
